Homemade Yogurt 

    I used about half a gallon of milk and vanilla-flavored yogurt. This was a relatively successful way to put into how I went about making the yogurt. 

    I put about half a gallon or so in a pot over medium heat. I also put about 2 tablespoons of yogurt in the milk. I combined all the ingredients together in the pot. 

    This is the process of the milk and also the yogurt will be able to be mixed together. In terms of the chemical process was that when the bubbles formed it was that turned the milk to be a little bit thicker than it was. 

    This is the finished product of the yogurt that I attempted to make. The taste of it after it was done was a very bland flavor. My yogurt did not turn out as well as I thought. One thing I would change if IK were to do this again is I would probably put milk on for longer to combine it with the yogurt. 

The successful part of it was being able to combine all the ingredients together to be able to make the yogurt.
