Whipping cream




I added all the ingredients into a bowl. The picture above shows the description of what the whipping cream looked like before I began to stir all the ingredients together. It also shows what went into the process of making the whipping cream. 




The picture is showing the process of all the ingredients getting mixed together. If you look closer at the picture it is showing that there are bubbles that are slowly dissipating. 



The picture that is above is showing the finished product. The whipping cream has no bubbles in this picture. It also shows the order of how the different ingredients that are all mixed together. 

1. How does my product taste?

It has a sweet flavor to the whipping cream. There is a smooth texture to the cream that is mixed into the bowl. The whipping cream has very silky also smooth when tasted it when I finished it.  

2. what type of kitchen mixture did you form?

I formed sugar and cream together to then form whipping cream. 

3. How did the polarity of the molecules create the structure of your mixture?

The elements called Phospholipids and cholesterol make up the mixture of the cream that has sugar added to it. 

4. Describe what went really well during your activity.

The element of this lab that went really well is the outcome of the whipping cream it was very sweet but not too sweet or rich. 

5. What would you change if you repeated this process again.

If I were to do this again I would add a little bit more heavy cream to the recipe to have a thicker consistency.
