spiced up pasta dish
The pasta that I cooked was in medium size pot to then be on the stove for about 7 or 8 minutes until it is fully cooked all the way through.
The above picture shows the peppers after they were taken off the stove. It should taste really good in terms of what else I put into the pasta.
It's the bacon that I put into the dish when it was all done. This was just meant to go on to the top of the pasta dish to add a little bit of a twist to the pasta dish.
1. Reflect on your flavor/taste combinations. What worked well? What didn’t work together?
I tried to put apples and onions together in my dish. I was really surprised at how good it actually tasted. I thought that when I used the rosemary and the tomatoes together they pair really well together in terms of taste. I didn't particularly think that the peppers didn't really go well with the dish because of how sweet the apples were.
2. Did some of the flavor/taste combinations enhance or mute the taste/flavor?
when I used the rosemary with the tomatoes it really enhanced the flavors in the dish.
3. Describe what went well during your activity.
I feel like I cooked the noodles they weren't overcooked. It ended up turning out really good in the end after I completed it.
4. What would you change if you repeated this process again.
I think I could probably add a little garlic salt to have a little more flavor to the dish.
